• Uploaded Media: Photos, images, or videos uploaded by you to Nero Lens solely to execute requested AI operations (e.g., photo unblurring, upscaling, colorization, or AI generation).
• Purchase & Subscription Data: In-app purchase history, subscription tier, transaction receipts, and active credit balances.
• Technical & Advertising Identifiers: IP address, device model, OS version, advertising IDs (such as IDFA or GAID), push notification tokens, performance logs, and crash reports.

In accordance with platform requirements, below is a detailed breakdown of how each product, third-party scope, and web control operates within Nero Lens:

A. Authentication & Single Sign-On (SSO) Web Controls

• Providers Integrated: Google Login, Apple Sign-In, Facebook Login, Microsoft Login, and PayPal.
• Purpose & How it Works: These OAuth web controls allow you to authenticate your account securely without creating a separate password. When you log in, we only request basic profile identifiers (e.g., public User ID or email). For PayPal controls, it is used to authenticate payment sessions and process subscriptions securely. We do not access your friends list, private messages, or social feeds.

B. Share Kit (e.g., TikTok Share Kit)

• Scope Requested: Media sharing / Direct export permission.
• Purpose & How it Works: Nero Lens incorporates Share Kit tools (including TikTok Share Kit) to allow you to post or export your AI-enhanced photos and videos directly to social platforms. This operation is triggered solely when you tap the "Share" or "Publish" button. Nero Lens never posts content automatically or without your manual confirmation.

C. Third-Party SDKs, Advertising & Analytics Providers

We integrate trusted third-party SDKs to assist with monetization, messaging, subscription management, and analytics:

• Google AdMob (Google LLC):
  Purpose: Delivers in-app advertisements and monetizes free service tiers.
  Data collected: Device advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID), IP address, coarse location, and ad interaction metrics.
• JPush (Aurora Mobile / 极光推送):
  Purpose: Delivers real-time push notifications, service alerts, and operational messages to your device.
  Data collected: Necessary device identifiers (such as OAID, Android ID, or device model), network connection status, and push token identifiers.
• RevenueCat:
  Purpose: Manages in-app subscriptions, verifies receipts, and syncs user credit entitlements across devices.
  Data collected: Anonymous user ID, App Store / Google Play transaction receipts, and active subscription status.
• Firebase (Google LLC):
  Purpose: Used for app analytics, performance monitoring, remote configuration, and crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics).
  Data collected: Installation UUIDs, device OS, IP address (anonymized), crash stack traces, and feature interaction logs.
• Google Analytics (GA):
  Purpose: Measures web/app user engagement, feature usage trends, and system responsiveness to help us improve Nero Lens.

4. How We Process and Retain Uploaded Media

Uploaded photos and videos are transmitted via SSL/TLS encryption to secure servers for AI processing. Media files are used strictly to deliver the requested processing result. Temporary server caches are automatically deleted after processing or within a short automated retention window. We do not sell your personal photos or use your private uploads to train public AI models without your permission.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers listed in Section 3 (cloud infrastructure, advertising networks, push services, analytics tools) who process data strictly on our behalf under GDPR/CCPA-compliant agreements.
